"TV = Happiness" Says Gallup Poll

What's the key to a happier and more fulfilling life? Television...at least according to the results of an international Gallup poll that asked people to rate the quality of their lives on a scale from 0 to 10. In the Americas, TV owners rated their lives at an average of 6.07, vs. 4.47 for the TV-less. Just another reason to buy a flat-panel TV with my IRS Economic Stimulus Payment. Oh, wait...I'm not getting one. Damn it, my hopes are dashed yet again! So, better yet, I'm going to read. Or write. Or both. At least until my DVR fills up with Deep Space Nine reruns again. I miss you, Captain Sisko! Wow...maybe Gallup was right...
