Today Senator Barack Obama will give what even his campaign is characterizing as a major speech. Dealing with race and politics in America. This kind of moment is one I have been calling for since the losses in Ohio and Texas. Not only will he be giving the speech I wanted, he'll be doing at the National Constitution Center in Philidelphia, one of my favorite places. We'll be all over it.
