Rational Versus Irrational

Like any American, and specifically any New Yorker, I hate Osama Bin Laden. I would very much like to know that he is dead somewhere. Senator McCain likes to have this issue both ways. On the one hand....




Well good for him that's more that I might have asked of the President. Honestly, just find the guy and you know..off with his head. I would like the president to not hesitate, attack Bin Laden wherever he is...maybe like this...




But that's a problem for Mr. McCain. While it's ok to declare your willing to follow Bin Laden to the gates of hell...apparently the mountains of pakistan are off limits. “Will we risk the confused leadership of an inexperienced candidate who once suggested bombing our ally, Pakistan?” (source MSNBC)

This kind of double talk will not win many independent voters. This seems to be a preview of the debate we can look forward to in the general election, assuming Senator Obama is the nominee.
