In Defense of Liberalism

EJ Dionne of the Washington Post writes this defense of liberalism. It was a great article, but in some ways, I feel misses the mark for a younger generation of voter.

While many people across generational lines are starting to get past the roles of gender and race, one thing they will not get over is the labeling of "liberal" or "conservative" to various candidates. We will not have forward motion on the huge problems facing us in the 21st century until we move past these convienient labels and focus on solving problems.
